Minimum 10 years experience in setting up hotel and restaurant projects, with at least 5 in Mumbai.
- Formal education in project management or hotel management.
- Must have independently supervised setting up of a Mumbai hotel or fine dining restaurant or nightclub, right from site selection, design, fit outs, licenses and commissioning.
- Knowledge of local regulations and ability to liaise with local authorities regarding restaurant/bar licenses/ops is a must.
- Male candidate preferred due to haphazard working hours. Reports to Exec VP.
