FIRM: Series A funded healthcare start up LOCATION : Pune ROLE: Project Manager - Experience with a product based company will be preferable - Startup experience will be an advantage - Excellent communication skills Duties and Responsibility - Understanding software design &amp; architecture - Prior experience in software design &amp; development would be preferred - Prior background in software / web development would be preferred - Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and meet the milestones - Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Ensure resource availability and allocation - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress - Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques - Report and escalate to management as needed - Establish and maintain relationships with customers - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
