Requirement: Project Manager

- Should have 10-15 years experience in the IT Industry with Project Management experience.

- Should have a successful (schedule and financial) track record of managing Health Care, EMR, RCM application implementation projects in the health care sector.

- Should have strong leadership qualities and be able to lead multi-cultural project teams.

- Should have international exposure.

- Should be strong in verbal and written English communication

- Should be preferably PMP certified.

- Should be willing to travel at least 80% of the time.

- Should have exposure to PM Methodologies and use of PM Tools like MS_Project

Description:

- Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. The ultimate responsibility for all assigned projects and manages customer satisfaction, definition, planning, monitoring, and others aspects of projects. Where applicable, is involved throughout the Project Lifecycle from Bid Management, Scope negotiations and Project Delivery Management.

Key Performance Indicators are:

- Project Delivery - Schedules and Financials - Meet or Exceed Baseline contracted Project Schedules and Financials - 70%

- Customer Satisfaction. Measured through Surveys and/or Change Orders obtained - 20%

- Appropriate/Timely Contribution to the Project Knowledge Repositories throughout the Project Life-cycle - 10%

Responsibilities:

- Prepares Bid Proposals, Presents, Contracts

- Creates and executes Project plans and sub-plans (including Quality, Communication, Change Control, Escalation, Reporting) and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

- Identifies milestones and phases, critical success factors.

- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities as well as defines subcontractor contractors/scope of work as applicable

- Manages day-to-day activities of a project and scope.

- Manage day-to-day client interactions

- Reviews deliverables and ensures meeting customer requirements.

- Applies and follows standard Project Management and Implementation methodologies.

- Prepares and applies risk management plan as well as Issue management plan

- Ensures project documents are complete, updated, and stored appropriately. Uses the latest IT/Project Management Tools to keep track of people and progress through Gantt Charts and the like

- Prepare and follows a proper communication plan

- Organizes and manages customer as well as Contractor/subcontractor project meetings

- Communicates effectively with customers and give a clear project update

- Liaises with project stakeholders regularly

- Ensure completing the project on time and within budget

- Tracks Project Financials - Estimation, Ongoing Delivery tracking - Revenue / Costing and billing.

- Follow up with finance to ensure invoicing due payments

- Closes out Projects with appropriate handover
