Project Manager - Healthcare

What Does This Role Hold For You ?

- As a Project Manager, you will be a part of a dynamic Data Governance and Engineering team working on exciting problems using cutting edge tech.

- You are expected to work with multiple stakeholders (product, technology, business, sales) and provide full support in Data Governance projects

- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the data governance workstream

- Manage all aspects of complex, cross-functional projects - Plan, organize, schedule, control, measure and monitor

- Lead migration efforts using a streamlined process providing visibility and clarity on budget, resource and timelines

- Proactively identifies potential risks, mitigation plan and drives resolution

- Develop and conduct training workshops

- Exposure to implement enterprise-wide data governance frameworks and maturity models

- Opportunity to work on state-of-the-art data governance and engineering technologies

Apply If you have :

- A bachelor or master's degree in engineering/math/computer science or related field

- Individuals with 5 to 8 years of experience with significant exposure to Technical Project Management experience

- 1-2 years of experience working with data engineering/governance projects are preferred

- Excellent oral and written communications skills as necessary to communicate, negotiate, advise, and resolve.

- Any Project Management certification is a plus.

 - Proven experience in project management.

- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.

- Experience in working on any of the project management tools.

- Some experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, Databricks, and Snowflakes is preferred.

- Understanding of Data Lake and Data Warehouse Platforms.

- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle using Agile.

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
