Project Manager

- Executive Hiring is looking for a Project Manager for various Green Field / Brown Field Projects, based at Factories located across the country.

- Grad in Engineering ( Mech./ Chemical/ Electrical etc ) with 10-12 years of work experiences in the field of Project Mangement starting from initiation to delivery in an FMCG, is mandatory.

- We are looking at candidates having experience in either Green Field or Brown Field Projects. Experience in Installation and Commissioning is a must apart from finalizing the machinery etc.

The Role :

- Must have handled projects in FMCG sector.

- Drive the CAPEX project with emphasis on safety, quality, time and cost.

- Project Management skills, having PMP is advantageous.

- Responsible for overall design, performance KPI's and costing of the project.

- Integration of various streams of project - Civil/ Mechanical & Electrical.

- Driving the Civil project management from the forefront and manage cross-functional team.

- Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to obtain all decisions/ approvals for the project.

- Experienced in contractor management and FMCG manufacturing process.

- Understanding of Project Management, Mass & Energy Balance, Design, Planning and execution of Process equipment

- Coordinating with the supplier of the equipments and finalizing the same for Order purchase.

- Experience in managing Project Site execution of Piping, Equipment Erection, Billing verification

- Planning & execution of Site activities

- Familiar with safety standards of Industry
