Project Manager - Fund Accounting Application - Asset Management Firm

Our client is a leading global asset management company having a strong network across the globe. They are looking for change managers for their Bangalore/Pune Fund Accounting Team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Identify the business challenges and opportunities and provide solutions based on business, statistical, and data analysis, to make strategic decisions.

- Develop, support, test the supporting applications & upgrade the system used in the team.

- Working closely with the fund accounting & cross-functional teams for various process/projects for smooth implementation.

- Maintain a balance between functional and management responsibilities.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- Strong experience in quality assurance testing for Fund Accounting applications (preference: SunGard Invest One) or similar roles.

- Min 8+ years of experience in the either fund accounting or project management in similar field.

- Strong communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills along with intense focus on achieving both short- and long-term goals.

- Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, IT, and product development, as well as a track record of success in complex projects and change initiatives.
