We are hiring for one of the renowned Financial Company

Exp: 8-12 Yrs

Purpose of your role :

The objective of this role is to provide the best possible service to our customers by taking ownership various initiatives and project tasks for the department by virtue of having in-depth knowledge of all related aspects of the process within the business area, an individual in this role as Assistant Manager should be able to define and support customer centric solutions as well as take a lead in multiple forums on change the business. The role demands individual to review processes and represent operations in the Platform Development Programme

Key Responsibilities:

- By virtue of having depth knowledge of the process/procedures/systems and related departments, the individual is able to act as a single point of contact for representing the WI teams in Strategy workshops

- Takes responsibility for handling queries

- Individual understands, articulates and implements best practices related to their process/tasks

- Review process issues and provide appropriate recommendation which leads to scalable and practical solutions that can be integrated with the current practices and regulations.

- Assist in preparing processes & procedures

- Can perform and co-ordinate the entire gamut of UAT testing/Regressions/Health checks for RAS releases and system enhancements

- Develop a complete understanding of all regulatory/risk/controls aspect of the department

- Keeps peers in other departments updated on team activities, customer/ risk issues, performance issues and projects.

- To be able to provide training to new joiners, mentor the senior associates and process specialists of the team

- Communicate effectively across all levels across locations

Experience and Qualifications Required :

- At least 18 months of experience as Process/Team Lead with sufficient exposure in working for multiple teams

- Knowledge of WI process journeys and systems would be added advantage

- Successful record of leading process changes and initiatives

- Prior UK Pensions Knowledge would be an added advantage

- Hands on experience on working in Agile Project

- Hands on experience of working on Equinity administrator will be an added advantage

- Good knowledge of systems used in FIL, MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to multi task effectively, plan, organize and prioritize work
