Project Manager - Finance Transformation

- Define, launch, and drive strategic and analytical initiatives to improve internal and external-facing processes and operations, working closely with cross-functional teams and leadership

- Lead cross-functional projects and teams by working with senior stakeholders across the organization to develop and manage project timelines, project communication to stakeholders, and lead cross-functional groups to synthesize feedback and deliver projects on time, on a plan.

- Support setting up of centers of excellence client identification, codification, and implementation of best practices across business units and geographies

Other Skills :

- Highly motivated recent college graduate with a strong record of achievement in academics (good MBA required)

- Preferably have an interest in Finance and is willing to travel often to Singapore (~ 25%)

- Preferably have 1-2 years of experience in change management and delivering large scale transformations

- Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in teams, deliver high quality and accurate output in a high stress environment and meet tight deadlines

- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
