Project Manager - Finance - SAP FICO - FMCG

8-10+ years of experience within Consulting, Outsourcing / Offshoring Industry

Strong Project Management skills and experience - proven track record within large global processes

Finance background is a MUST

Manage entire project, including structure and plan own work, meet all commitments, deal with issues, and actively drive project decision making

Independently ensure senior/expert involvement when necessary

Drive project problem solving, including defining and clarifying problems, structuring and prioritizing issues, identifying analyses and approach, and developing recommendations

Manage and take full ownership of end products, including follow-up and manage time, budget and quality

Frequently communicate project progress to project sponsor/owner, steering committee, and/or other appointed persons

Identify and handle all relevant stakeholders within project/own area of work

Understand and use proper communication methods and techniques in relation to project

Experience working in a global setting

Good understanding of SAP business processes in Finance functions.

Preferred MBA in Finance or Management

Preferred PMP, or similar project management training

Management experience - ability to lead and motivate the project team to facilitate strong results
