Role: Project Manager / Executive Assistant to CPO
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Chief People Officer
Role Overview:
- The Project Manager / Executive Assistant provides executive and development support to the CPO, works closely in planning and implementing initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support key initiatives from CPO's Office - either independently or in close coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders and update CPO of progress on business as usual and projects out of CPO's office
- Decision and Governance Support to the CPO
- Point of contact for the CPO's Office for various Industry Forums and external stakeholders
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong Financial, Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to independently work in unstructured situations
- Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills
- Self-Driven
- Ability to drive collaboration across functional/business teams
Educational Qualifications: MBA from top Business Schools and Engineering from reputed Engineering colleges
