For one of our prestigious multinational clients, we are looking for ERP Payroll Implementation Project Manager with 8 to 12 years implementation experience. The positions are based at New Delhi, Bengaluru / Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Chennai locations in India.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Manager, you will manage end-to-end ERP Implementation in the area of Payroll. Two end-to-end Payroll implementation expertise is a MUST HAVE for this position. You will carry out and manager all phases to the project from Scoping, Blue printing to Go-Live.

- Do you have excellent educational background from a premium Institute/University?
- Have you excelled in academics right from your high school?
- Do you have 8-12 years experience in ERP HCM/HR implementations?
- Do you have at least 2 end-to-end ERP Payroll Implementations experience (SAP/SuccessFactors/Oracle/PeopleSoft/Workday etc.)?
- Do you have experience handing teams in ERP Payroll Implementation environment?
- Do you have exposure to Project Management methodologies and relevant certification?
- Do you have expert level experience in HCM Payroll module implementation for Large Indian Companies?
- Are you well versed with India Payroll statutory requirements?
- Do you have excellent English language written and verbal skills?
- Do you have experience in client facing roles in consulting environment?
- If you are not based at Mumbai / Bangalore / Delhi / Gurgaon / Chennai, are you willing to relocate?
