Job responsibilities : Internal Communication : - Write, edit and distribute messages to diverse internal audiences - Work in partner with various internal stakeholders to create and develop plan, announce, publicize, promote and stabilize several employee campaigns - Work in partner with leadership to read, write and release organizational wide communications - Write, edit &amp; release Newsletters focusing on bridging the communication gap between leadership &amp; workforce, Pan India - Build end to end content for elaborate presentation based on business/org needs Employee engagement : - Strategic planning of engagement levers to meet business &amp; people needs - Conceptualize, design, work in partner with leadership and execute org wide customer connect programs that includes various tenets for customer connect - Responsible for strategic planning and execution of all range of events (small scale to large events) to foster bonding among the employees and instill pride in association with the company - Creating a variety of proactive and reactive internal communication materials to create pre-event hype and also post event publicity. - Pivotal role in conceptualizing any promotion plan; coordinating the activities across all sites
