Project Manager - eLearning Content Development

Required : Projects Manager

Responsibilities:

Operational Efficiency & Quality:

- Handle & execute volume

- Cost projections & rate realization

- Effective scheduling

- Liaising with clients and other functions

- Conduct defect prevention meetings and track corrective actions

- Provide hygiene and accountability through a number-driven objective approach

- Work with the client proactively on potential issues to avoid into escalations/complaints

- In the event of a complaint or concern, enter this into the CMS, implement interventions to address the complaint or concern, and track it to closure

Desired Profile:

- Full time MBA OR 1 Year Resident EMBA ONLY . No Part time or Correspondence

- 6-12years experience of which at least 2-6 years in hard core project management

- Preferably in the custom software development space

- Ability to manage large engagements with little or no direction - manage client expectations, escalations, planning, resourcing, scheduling, costs, variances, etc.

- Excellent team manager and team player

- Strong analytical skills; ability to make sense of numbers

- Preferably managed international clients

- Preferably managed large fixed price engagements from inception to closure

- Ability to solve your own problems and Process-centric individual
