We are hiring Project Manager for a US-based IT Product & Services company headquartered in US that develops Cloud-based Online Learning products, provide Online learning strategy consulting & transformation, content services, IT services, and skills enablement services to fortune 500 corporations in the USA. Job Description

- 6 + years of program/project management experience

- Ability to gather business requirements, create and manage a project plan and other project documentation, manage risks and issues, manage changes and decisions, handle scope creep, draft and distribute project communications, etc. per project management best practices

- 5+ years of experience leading larger, more complex, cross-functional projects - 5+ years of experience managing project teams: confirming resourcing, assigning individual responsibilities and monitoring progress/deliverables - 5+ years of experience in meeting facilitation and driving decision making

- 1+ years of experience in managing content, marketing and strategic training programs

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across multiple, global stakeholders types (internal/external) and levels of leadership

- The team is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to own tactical project/program management and support stakeholder management for content, marketing and strategic training programs delivering customer and support associate experience improvements through transformations of marketing and training content, tools, and processes.

- The successful candidate will own and drive task enumeration, project plan/schedule development and management, status tracking and reporting, risk identification and mitigation, resource management, project communications and documentation, project meeting facilitation, and other key project execution responsibilities using industry standard best practices. This role will also contribute to the organization's project management best practices, standardizing processes and templates, and act as a subject matter expert and advocate.

- Project management certification

- Experience in content/knowledge/information management

- Experience with content management systems and related technologies - Experience with multi-lingual/localized content

- Experience with large, complex, international/multicultural products and businesses

- Highly detail-oriented and able to readily organize and prioritize work , Excellent skills in business analysis, problem solving, negotiation, and influencing

- Demonstrated ability to drive progress, earn credibility and trust, and build consensus

- Experience with Project Management tools/software, Ability to mentor new PMs and share project management knowledge/best practices with others
