Project Manager - eLearning

- To set-up our Online Education Business from scratch, which entails, having comprehensive knowledge of
technology & content development

- Overall project responsibility and accountability in terms of Budget/Revenue, Planning, Tracking, Monitoring, Controlling and Execution

- Well versed with ICT (Information and Communication technologies) trends and advancement in ES (Education
Sector)

- Anticipate the use of technology that will shape the learning strategy, including e learning and Learning Management Systems

- Evaluation and analysis of effectiveness of eLearning Courses based on surveys and user feedback

- Ensure projects are done on time, with scope as identified & within budget

Candidate profile:

- Highly committed and passionate leader, innovative & meticulous manager.

- Self-motivated & self-directed professional with a strong sense of ownership.

- Excellent communication, presentation & inter-personal skills.

- Experience in IES (Indian Education Sector)

- Experience with e-learning software including development of storyboards, scripting, recording / editing, and publishing is preferred

- Ability to troubleshoot & analyse complex problems.

- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

- Should have an Eye on Detail

At least Graduate, MBA/background in social sciences is preferred
