Position: Project Manager

Experience: 14 to 18 Yrs

Location: Hyderabad (All 5 days working from office)

Domain: e-Learning

Education: Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, computer science

What we are looking

- At least 10 yrs of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in the technology sector.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

- Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.

- Must have worked in Startup & PMP certification preferred.

- Advocate of Agile and Scrum methodologies

What you will do

- Lead and manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.

- Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams, including development, design, quality assurance, and client services.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Facilitate regular project status meetings and stakeholder communications to provide updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.

- Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project sponsors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations effectively.
