Project Manager - Educational Assessment - Support & Delivery
- Create, review and suggest question ideas for scholastics and co-scholastic assessments
- Plan, support, ideate, suggest and execute assessment strategies for scholastic and co-scholastic assessments, will plan, manage and work with a team to get ensure high-quality assessment tools
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate, educate and coordinate the project needs of assessment, execution & analysis
- Do a continuous product-level analysis to identify strengths and areas of improvement needed for assessments
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of the different product features
- Look through data through a research perspective and create research-based ideas to analyze data to create a deeper understanding of pedagogy
- Understand analysis and reporting needs for the project and ensure analyses for the given project and write reports
- Support the team's growth and learning as and when needed
- Follow-up and close issues reported by clients
Desired Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
- Candidates with education management, project management or programme management experience
- Candidate having fluency in English to communicate and deliver basic needs
- Candidates with experience of having worked with a Government set up
- Candidates with great aptitude, empathy, communication skills, logical and analytical thinking and decision-making capacity
- Candidates with physical and mental agility to travel for the project needs
