Our client is a global Edutech company helping each education stakeholder - educators, students, and the Government - reach their learning and developmental goals through multiple products and programs that offer end-to-end learning solutions. The Company is headquartered abroad, with additional offices located in India and China. They have 3000+ schools to cater to the needs of English Language development of 70,000+ kids worldwide. Their methodology is to provide a multisensory neuroscience research-based phonics learning system that comes equipped with educational games to teach children many essential skills. They have a curriculum that has been specially adapted for Indian schools and children.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the organization of key client projects

Purpose of the Job

As a Project Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.

Roles and Responsibilities :

The key activities involve (but are not limited to) :

- Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress within the confines of a company's goals and vision, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way

- Conceptualize, implement and end to end project delivery for large scale programs

- Aligning and coordinating with different functions such as content, product, operations, sales, and partners

- Regular collaboration and communication with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning

- Defining delivery processes to ensure the follow-through and Managing the overall health of the project

- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Ability to pre-empt and flag risks and evaluate the performance of the project

- Reporting to the leadership team directly on project progress and outcomes, and will not have the Project head or the departmental head.

Role Requirements:

- Prior Work Experience in the Project Management Role in at least one Edutech/ E-learning company is mandatory.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Advanced Excel capabilities are required. Project Management tools experience is preferred

- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Email Writing)

- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting within the department as well as with other departments, partners & providers

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work

Role Highlights:

- Doesn't include a Pre-sales and sales role, Pure Project Management role

- You'll be an overall Project In-charge and perform individually in collaboration with cross-functional teams in a lean team culture

- You'll be required to travel extensively in and around the state to collaborate with multiple internal, external, Governmental, and Non- Governmental stakeholders.
