A Project Manager drives projects in automation with Agile methodology. He manages requirement analysis (including coordinating with business & as well as Vendor), overall solutioning approach, Gap Analysis, and BRS/FRS preparation. He tracks the development and define testing strategy. He is involved in troubleshooting & debugging of the process, post-implementation application maintenance and enhancement support for the applications.
- Overall development of project plan
- Finalization of Requirement gathering documents (BRD)

- 10-12 Years of exp in managing projects related to internal reporting systems for corporate banking ( eg. portals for RM performance, Budgets, Customer performance etc).
- Prior experience with BSG department of Banks is mandatory.
- Prior project management experience including vendor as well as internal stakeholder management and reporting to top management.
- Managing Expectation ( internal and external stakeholders)
- Have Domain Specific Product Knowledge
- Prior experience in bank BSG department is preferable.
