Job Role:
- Formulate strategy for digital transformation of business operations
- Champion the integration of agile technology into existing business initiatives in order to make them nimbler
- Strategize new digital opportunities, pilots and scale up plans for new ideas
- Establish CRM and digital campaign led customer connect for business
- Product development and monetization of digital platforms
- Scale up abstract ideas , put forward solutions which are feasible and productive for the business
Requirement:
- Extensive program/project planning and executive skills in managing large and complex change along with transformation projects
- Business case development Business case preparation, socialize with stakeholders, obtain approvals and seek budget.
- Proven project and modelling skills to represent information in forms that enhance decision making and communication.
- Tracking and reporting progress : Ability to develop effective governance frameworks benefit tracking & realization
- Achieve excellence through end customer focus, effective delivery and innovational thinking
- Consulting approach towards engagement and challenges
- Team Leadership and people management with rich experience of managing small transformation teams of PM / BA resources
- Strong understanding of banking domain and understanding of how change drives benefits for business, customers and other stakeholders
- At least 15 years of experience working in banking/financial institutions in project management office and financial management
- 4 to 6 years of experience in leading channels (mobile/web delivery team)
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science / Engineering
- Project Management and Agile Certifications (eg PMP, Scrum Master) will be a plus
- Experience in using project management tools like HP PPM, CA PPM etc
- Understanding of latest cloud technologies like slack, MS Project, JIRA & Confluence etc
