Project Manager - Digital Marketing - Digital Marketing Agency

This is regarding job opportunity with one of the Digital Marketing Agency for the position of Project Manager-Digital Marketing.

Roles and Responsibility:-

The person is expected to drive outcome based digital marketing programs which include social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO, blogging and digital ad management.

Responsibility would include campaign planning, monitoring, analytics, client handling and reporting.

SEO and social media are handled by respective teams, the project manager-digital marketing needs to lead the overall campaign and interface with the team members and clients for delivery.

Organizing, managing and communicating with the team to complete the project within defined scope, time frame and budget, to the expected degree of quality.

Proactively managing and driving the internal process and workflow from start (briefing) to finish (delivery). Need to plan, anticipate, communicate about and move throughout the project till delivery.

While managing projects, (s)he needs to ensure results and keep track of deadlines/release schedule and client needs.

Will be responsible for managing multiple projects (different Clients) and teams at the same time. These include Creative-team, social media-team, SEO-team, Content Writing and documentation team in particular and the marketing team overall.

Will need to break down project requirements into deliverable milestones / tasks and subtasks for entire team and follow-up/review for completion.

Create timely updates on status of project, performance reports and communicate with clients.

Our managers are expected to be hands-on managers and they should be skilled to deliver individually in atleast one of the pillars of digital marketing

Skills and Experience :

Good understanding of different aspects of digital marketing with hands-on skills in one area.

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Team management skills

Strong organizational skills and administration capabilities; ability to handle multiple tasks and keep accurate and detailed records for every project

Creative problem-solving ability and a sharp attention to detail

Clear thinking under pressure, remaining flexible and managing challenging deadlines/stressful situations with confidence

Works as a team player with a can-do attitude

Educational background :

Should be full time graduate from reputed institute. Relevant post-graduation will be given suitable credit.

Candidates with mass communication background will be preferred.
