Project Manager - Digital Marketing - Auto

Job purpose:

Project Manager is responsible for on-time delivery of Digital Marketing projects with highest levels of quality and within the allocated budget. This position will lead all phases of projects including requirements definition, project estimation, and creation of project plans, facilitation of project meetings, status reporting, and resource management/deliverable management.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities for the role:

1. Define standard framework for all processes

2. Interact with customers to understand their requirements to create requirement gathering document and project plans.

3. Plan marketing strategies to accomplish the set targets.

4. Focus on executing projects and delivering them within the set standard framework.

5. Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes Designers, Programmers, and Digital Marketers to accomplish deliverables and deliver end solutions.

6. Manage customer relationships with focus on renewing contracts or adding new services, which will generate more revenue for the company.

7. Engage in continuous improvement of processes

8. Contribute to business development activities - Assist CEO within the sales process (brainstorming on solutions, creating proposals, and answering client questions regarding the proposed solution)

Qualifications and Primary Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline; MBA is preferred.

- Overall experience of 8-10 years.

- 5+ years of experience in a client facing environment delivering web based marketing solutions, custom web design and development, hosting and websites.

- Should possess Executive Leadership skills to drive change management process.

- The candidate should be adept at Agile methodology of Project Management.

- Should have the ability to influence, direct and control the resources.

- Should possess excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

- Should be able to facilitate resolution between stakeholders when in disagreement.

- PMP certification is preferred.

1. 95% On-time delivery of project as per agreed SLAs- and allocated budget

2. 99% On-time communication with the client

3. Number of customers renewing contracts
