Project Manager - Data Privacy Technology

- We are looking for a strategic Data privacy Technology PM. The role requires hands on experience on this domain. The person needs to have very understanding of Access and Privacy requirements, possess strong knowledge on IAM, be able to develop access policies and help the teams implement, have working knowledge on tools such as Plain id or similar, assess current access policies and update/modify as needed for the requirements.

- The technologies are spread across multiple applications as may be the case. Hence the role requires architecture understanding as well. Data masking understanding is also required for this role which includes data at rest to Azure data lake, Power BI et al.

- Certifications are not mandatory as long as the person is a strong hands-on person....

- The position needs to work out of the WBG Chennai office - as the rest of the team is based out of this location.

SCOPE OF WORK :

- Reporting to the IFC CIT privacy program manager, the primary responsibilities of the selected candidate will include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Working with the IFC Data Privacy Office (DPO) and the IFC Privacy Team to manage various streams of the IFC Data Privacy Program, develop program / project level plans and coordinate activities to meet target goals.

- Working with IFC architecture and applications teams to assist with the architecture, design and implement privacy solutions across IFC applications.

- Help with identifying right resources for the privacy project needs; coordinate with onsite and offshore IFC Privacy Team and application teams to develop and maintain the expertise and capacity within CIT to review data privacy requirements, perform data analytics and impact analysis, create required building blocks and implementing technology solutions.

- Planning and Execution of day-to-day privacy project activities working in close coordination with the IFC program manager, implementation vendors and stakeholders. Responsibilities will include project management, release management, providing status, tasks / defect tracking, KPI, dashboards and metric reports to the IFC Privacy DPO and program manager, as needed.

- Implementation of Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) solution using platforms such as SharePoint, PL/SQL, ADLS, Oracle, SQL Server platform and virtualization technologies such as Dremio.

- Provide timely deliverables and updates to ensure that the IFC Privacy Program meets its objectives.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

- Master's degree with experience in Project Manager role at maintaining, developing, implementing, and overseeing the operations of large and complex corporate applications involving complex mapping scenarios as well as complex interfaces among them. (BS/BA is minimum education requirement with 5 years of relevant experience.)

- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Industry certifications are highly preferred, including but not limited to Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).

- Experience with designing solution architecture, agile project planning and execution.

- Experience in coordinating and working with large, diverse, and cross-organization teams.

- Knowledge of Privacy regulatory technologies such OneTrust with core privacy modules (minimum 2 years).

- Knowledge of Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) database queries and reports (minimum 2 years).

- Hands-on experience with technologies that will be directly used in the development of the IFC Privacy Program. These technologies include Informatica, Oracle, ADLS, PL/SQL, Dremio, Dynamics CRM and Excel. (minimum 5 years).

- Outstanding collaboration, communication, facilitation, strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
