Project Manager - Data & Analytics Domain - KPO/Research

Job Description :

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in business analytics or analytics consulting and corporate-level project management

- At least 4 years of experience in project delivery management.

- PMP- certification/PRINCE2 certification is a must (or other certificates acknowledged by organizations such as the PMI- or APM)

- Demonstrated ability to set strategy/direction on execution and follow through while maintaining high levels of quality

- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and deliver our projects and solutions tracking

- Ensure that the team and clients are updated on the project's status at all times

- Create project and solutions-related documents

- Create and deliver internal and external project reports

- Actively participate in the design process

- Lead the team toward delivering our customer's solution in time and within budget

- Hold team meetings on a weekly basis

- Align general business objectives with the project's goals

- Strong management and leadership skills along with critical thinking

- Find new project growth and solution opportunities

- Track project deliverables and outcomes with appropriate tools

- Proven track record of exceeding performance expectations and delivering results.

- Ability to offer and receive constructive feedback

- Excellent ability to multitask, bring in adaptability and flexibility in our processes and framework

- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate roadblocks, diagnose problems and generate effective solutions.

- Appetite to work on strategic projects, Time management capabilities and Capacity to meet milestones and deadlines

- Ability to interpret instructions regardless of their form

- Get in touch with other departments to fix software-related issues

EDUCATION : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Mathematics/Statistics.
