Job Description : - Communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders. - Efficiently handle the status reporting to stakeholders, handling key review meeting with the customers - Identify the risk, could work in controlling and preventing escalation, could map to the senior management in the customer side. Pro-active in pre-emptying issues and problems - Mentor and coach the team - Work with the Product engineering team, adhere to the organizational and customer process and compliance Skills Required : - Project Planning (Cost, Timelines, Schedules) - Project Execution (track deliverable, desired results to make it happen) - Project communication to all stake holders - Project risk management - Team size directly managed: 4 people or more - Follow all internal process - Invoicing, Time sheets for resources - CRM Implementation experience/ CTI skills is must
