Project Manager- IIT/IIM/NITs/ISI/DU Job Responsibilities : - Translate business requirements from the client into set of analytical tasks - Lead a 3-5 member offshore team; Provide thought leadership; Design Methodology for Problem Solving & mentor the team in producing an error free deliverable - Ensure thorough quality check of the output from team and provide tangible insights / recommendation to the client Must have : - 4+ years of experience in consulting or data analytics role with experience of leading a team (3+ members) - 1+ Years of off-shore delivery responsibility - Bachelor's degree from Tier I/II colleges (Post Graduation - Good to have, not mandatory) - Proficient in Excel, PPT and one or more Analytic tools (SAS / Python/ R) and can work hands-on - Strong analytical & problem-solving skills - Strong verbal and business communication skills Good to have : - Statistical Modeling experience - Experience in Tableau/other visualization tools
