Experience - 15 - 25 Years (Minimum 12 - 15 years in Constructions)

- Excellent communication, Very Resourceful in terms of obtaining project manpower and other resources

- Job role includes but not restricted to - Project Progress, Driving timelines and deadlines, Budget Control, Span of control - 8 People direct and many indirect.

- Should have been a construction head for 150 - 200 Cr. Projects

- Project based out of Electronic city - Preferred to locate near as the work involves extended hours

- Project based incentives available post completion of projects

- Needs to be driven and very well experience in Project Management and resource allocation

- Needs to have extremely high people management skills
