Project Manager - Construction - Hospital Project

Job Responsibilities:

Co-ordination in developing designs (Interior, civil, landscaping & MEP) to satisfy technical specifications to the Site Team.

To prepare the project budget sheet and bill of quantity (BOQ) to make the comparisons of contractor's competitive rates.

Planning, Scheduling and monitoring the progress in Excel Sheets and power point.

To prepare the tenders and revisions of agreements to the architects, MEP consultants and sub contractors.

Supervise and conduct the design review & weekly meetings, from kick off till project handover, with Consultants.

Attend Progress meetings with all architects and contractors to discuss and suggest the technical proposal.

Follow up with sub contractors during negotiations offer award or sub contractor terms, performance and payments.

To prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.

Job Requirements:

1. We are looking for specifically someone who have completed atleast 1 hospital project from initiation to execution.

2. Has to be a B.TECH (Civil)
