Job Responsibilities Overview: Project Management, Sales Support, Developing Affiliate Relationships for repeat Business.
Project Management:
- Oversee and manage Architecture and Engineering projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective networking and
relationship-building activities.
- Update and maintain database of the key stakeholders regularly
Technical Expertise:
- Utilize Architecture/Civil engineering background to understand and articulate the technical aspects of our products and services.
- Provide technical support to the sales team in presenting solutions to clients.
- Ability to find solutions to problems/ issue on project
- Able to foresee issues and mitigate them
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to get accustomed to new technologies and software and keeping the same updated on a daily basis. Proposal Development and Presentation:
- Lead the development of comprehensive project proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Conduct presentations to clients, showcasing the technical and commercial aspects of our offerings.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Leverage project management experience to tailor sales approaches to client needs. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development. Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Drive the closure of sales deals while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction. Location: Remote work from India. The candidate is expected to work in the PST time zone to
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the AEC industry.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with California's AEC market is a plus.
