ABOUT THE ROLE
The role of a community manager is to come up with creative ways to engage our existing database of 100k+ users. The role involves working on a mix of digital marketing, event and engagement related projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES -
- User acquisition for the WeAce platform
- Curating monthly online and offline events for users. Could be in the form of online fireside chats, coffee connects or long-form content
- Social media, email and whatsapp marketing for above events
- Curating thought leadership conferences around the Future of Work
- Improving user engagement on the WeAce platform
- Engaging a cohort of external ambassadors (Ace Chiefs) for WeAce to increase visibility
- Driving deep engagement in the 17 micro communities on the platform
- Strategising on improving visibility for WeAce outside India
