Project Manager - Civil Structures - Marine/Metro Projects

Looking for a Project Manager for Civil Construction Projects to based at anyone of the locations (Mumbai, Jharkhand, West Bengal Orissa OR Tamil Nadu).

Below mentioned are the pre-requisites of the profile:

1. Full-time BE/B.Tech Civil Engineer having exposure in managing Civil Construction projects in Metro or Marine projects.

2. Candidate should have experience in managing multiple projects at one time.

3. Should have managed the projects with the min. value of INR 100+ CR

Other Job Responsibility:

- The person should have overall 20-25 years- experience in EPC Industry with at-least last 15years of experience in a top management position in Metro Rail Construction projects or Marine Projects.

- Responsible for heading as overall Project Manager

- Manage all facets of Project Construction and Management i.e; Budgets, Planning, Technical aspects, HSE, Contracts and Commercials, Quality & Risk.

- He will closely monitor all engineering aspects, project based compliances, variations and claims thereof.

- He will have a close oversight on planning of resources, plant and machinery, procurement, manpower.

- He will create performance reports for management review on all element of the project.

- Manage diversity of subcontractors on the project including their performance.

- Interact closely with the group HQ and Directors, clients, consultants.

- Ability to identify complex project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

- Day to day coordination with cross functional teams for timely delivery of project as per Customers requirements.

- Coordination with design & execution team to obtain deliverables as committed.

- A single point contact for project execution and management
