Position Summary : - Holds the primary accountability for the team's overall ability for on time completion of the creation of products and services. - Leads the team performance for operational excellence and drives towards the organizational metrices, supports and develops individual team performance, process improvement, resource for managing difficult accounts, staffs and selects new talent. Duties & Responsibilities : - Keeping track of tickets for day-to-day tasks related to maintaining and enhancing the website and campaigns on the website and prioritizing them as needed. Ensuring that the relevant team member and manager is notified on urgent tickets. - Managing tasks for larger projects, communicating with stakeholders. Examples: Web translation project (local-language sites for the client), Training Portal, etc. - Acting as a liaison between the - Creative Team and the Web Team, ensuring graphics and icons and other creative assets are available on time for web related work.
