Project Manager - Capital Markets

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identifies resources and assigns individual responsibilities

- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of their assigned project

- Actively review project progress adherence to schedule, resource utilization & progress against objective

- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to the stakeholders

- Managing and conducting research projects and ensuring the analysis and dissemination of results to all relevant parties

- Adhere to the specified program/ project management methodology

- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

- Manage user acceptance testing and obtain UAT sign-off.

- Manage formal Project closure, handover and lessons learnt

Domain Expertise:

- The candidate should have adequate exposure in managing projects in atleast 1 of these areas - operations/finance/capital markets/technology/Advisory or cross functional domains.

- Capital Markets: Vendor identification and assessments, Street side set ups, Tax & Regulatory aspects, Comprehensive test methodology and Business go-live

- Strategy & Advisory services: Experience in market research, should have conducted analysis using quality management tools like six sigma, LEAN etc, conducting front office analysis and involving self in global strategic initiatives
