Project Manager - Business Research

Candidate Profile

- MBAs from premier institutions.

- 6+ years of work experience, preferably in research, or related areas such as consulting with a demonstrated ability to deliver high quality work.

- Capability to perform strategic, business, industry and finance analysis, identify business growth drivers, shifts in economic conditions and technology in addition to having knowledge of various analytical frameworks.

- Self starter and highly motivated.

- Excellent communication skills, operational execution capabilities.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

- This is a leadership position where the individual will be responsible for managing a fast growing practice in the area of business research. He/she would directly report to the Practice Lead, Business Research.

- Structure and guide research/consulting assignments with clients, and manage the project internally.

- Ensure smooth execution of all projects and business.

- Operational responsibility will include grooming talent, managing large and growing teams, developing internal methodologies, continuously refining training modules, working on continuous process improvement and ensuring high scores on customer satisfaction surveys.

- He/she will work closely with the senior management team in developing and implementing strategies for new business lines, in supporting business development and contributing to the company’s growth.

- Manage successful delivery of projects in the area of business research, for multiple clients of Aranca, across the world. The role may also involve overseas travel.
