- In charge of driving the product segment's business numbers while working with the geography.
- In charge of spearheading and carrying out the organization's strategic objectives by overseeing daily operations and developing business plans
- Oversee and manage product sales, device sales, merchant onboarding, CASA, insurance, and other third-party products, including life, general, and health insurance.
- Managing sales and distribution for the East Zone (TL, TN, AP, KL, Odisha, and Bihar).
- Managing tasks related to UAT till GTM is live.
- Attains optimal production levels from the Appropriate 500 sales force by means of continuous mentorship, oversight, and on-the-job training by participating in joint sales calls.
- Management of Incentive Payouts
- Employees: Web-based and Google Timeline systems are used for merchant tracking.
- Assures high productivity with the help of customer relationship officers, territory sales managers, regional heads, cluster heads, portfolio managers, and customer service officers.
- In charge of organizing and managing sales campaigns
- In charge of overseeing the marketing campaign and plan and coordinating with the sales, technical, and marketing teams.
- Responds to customer inquiries, verifies account opening form information, and closely monitors it in tandem with the branch's operations staff.
- Additionally accountable for Personnel Administration and Hiring
- Data statistics and analytics to continually assess the business and projects assigned, making adjustments where necessary. Presentations (PPT) to management on a range of topics, including data cuts, analytics, strategy, and internal and external departments for task execution.
