- The Project manager/business analyst - Dubai role will be involved with business planning, financial modelling, analysing business plans for potential investments/expansions/acquisitions, running regional projects for Management, setting up of centres & play a key role in stakeholder management

Description :

As the Project manager/business analyst the responsibilities include:

- Analysing Business plans for potential investments/expansion/acquisitions/ M&As

- Creating Investment rationale - Including storyline and giving board level presentations

- Analyse P&L statements, financial modelling, business valuation

- Run regional projects for Management.

- Stakeholder management, effective communication and presentation skills are key in this role

Profile :

The successful Project manager/business analyst candidate is one with:

- 10-15 years of overall experience with the 4-5 years spent in core M&A projects in a Big 4 or the CEO team of a big MNC working on M&As

- MBA-Finance graduate from a top rated college, or CA

- Excellent presentation skills, communication skills, and stakeholder management skills

- Well versed with Financial modelling, business valuation, and analysis of business plans for potential investment/expansion/acquisitions

- Open to relocate to Dubai
