Project Manager - BPO  - Responsible for analyzing operational performance and championing people, process and technology enhancements to drive improve performance.  - Lead the team & ensure coordination & synergy in the operations between cross-functional teams.  - Establish regular contact, with senior management of designated accounts/ clients, and ensure appropriate contacts with Vision India Staffing's senior management are being carried out as per the Business Acquisition Plan  - Excellent knowledge about BPO Operations & Project Management  - Good written & oral communication skills  - Knowledge of MS Office & email etiquette is considered.  - Delivery of team sales, service level components, quality and productivity targets & indicators  - Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort  - Lead the transition phase in partnership with the Regional Process Owners to ensure minimal business disruption, timely issue resolution and drive overall subsidiary satisfaction  - Drive the development and maintenance of Desktop Procedures used by the BPO vendor to execute services  - Drive global process design/ enhancements & related projects to improve effectiveness and operational efficiency  - Should have willingness to provide practical training on Telecom maintenance, operations & controlling covered by Telecom sector.  - Support Regional Process Owners to maintain global process standardization  Required Skills :  - Should have keen observation skill   - Should be fluent in English & local language.   - Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.   - Should be able to express any topic in a comprehensive manner.  - Should be presentable & should have presence of mind.  - Should be able to grasp and learn faster and deliver telecom processes, product & application training's.
