Project Manager (BI Development)

- We are looking for a dedicated Manager for managing BI development projects' execution and delivery. Total experience should be more than 15 years. Must have management experience of more than 5 years.

- Must be from Data warehousing/Business Intelligence background. Good to have knowledge of Azure BI tools like ADF or Databricks or Snowflake and reporting tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI.

- Must have excellent communication skills and should demonstrate strong leadership, team working skills and resource planning skills. Experience in maintaining strong client relationships. Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.

- Strong focus on continuous improvement using Automation, knowledge management, team skill building etc.

- Should have strong knowledge of SDLC and SMLC processes.

- Leading the team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently

- Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction

- Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
