Project Manager - BI & Data Analytics - BPO

9+ Years of Overall IT Experience

- Demonstrated strategic focus with capacity to shape and drive vision and ability to assume responsibility and accountability for advancing business intelligence objectives

- Strong experience and comprehensive working knowledge of business intelligence and data warehouse environments including system administration, database design, dimensional modelling, security, reporting and analytics

- Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and liaison skills, and well-developed ability to engage and negotiate with internal stakeholders with varying levels of data literacy and technical knowledge, from beginner to expert

- Extensive knowledge of business analysis, business process re-engineering and information management practices and protocols including strategic planning processes and change management principles and practices.

- Previous management experience or coordinating a cross-functional team

- Project management experience, including: delivering implementation projects for new solutions in complex environments with many involved parties (technical disciplines, IT, software vendors, outsourcing partners etc.
