Job brief - Looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our organization to manage all types of projects (internal and/or external) in the company. - Most essential skill shall be planning and tracking projects to closure within time and budget while ensuring internal or external customer satisfaction - Project managers should have a background in Payments domain, EFT knowledge, BFSI domain (Specially into Acquiring Solutions) - Should possess capability to capture requirements and perform business analysis Responsibilities - Coordinating with clients for project requirement & gathering the requirements. Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects for all types of Payments Integration projects - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget - Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Create Work Breakdown structure and ensure resource allocation by working with functional managers - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress - Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs for billable projects - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques - Report regularly via structured progress reporting and escalate to management as needed - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders - Identify risks along with key members of the Project Team, perform risk management to minimize project risks - Establish and maintain relationships with client, third parties/vendors - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
