1. Currently working in Insurance industry only
2. 8 to 10 years of experience in Managing applications and technology projects related to web portal, API integrations etc
3. Insurance domain and web aggregator knowledge
4. Good understanding on web technologies like HTML5, java script,CSS, node-js, React- js etc. as well as API integration etc.
5. Working with business team to understand the requirements / chanages required in the applications
6. Identifying solution / provide alternate workaround to address business problem by working with Vendor team
7. Managing the cross functional team to deliver the project in the given timeline
8. Liasing with vendor to get the project delivered / identifying and evaluating vendor in case of new solution. Defining the metrics to evaluate vendors / review projects
9. Architecting the scalable solution to fit the overall technical architecture
10. Tracking the project timeline and gaps if any
11. Getting the SIT done for the deliveries
12. Support / guide the business team for the UAT
13. Getting application setup done on the production by coordinating with infra / production team
14. Ensuring the performance and uptime of the applications
15. Ensuring the audit and compliance adherence for the applications
16. Regular updates to business stakeholder and PMO team on the projects
17. Defining the metrices for monitoring operational / business level indicators
