Job Title : Project Manager  Reports to : OPC Lead  Function : Prime  Team : Sales & Marketing  Analytics experience in "Operations" & "Logistics" are mandatory.  Core Responsibilities :  1 Responsible for improvement in fuel efficiency of fleet  2 On-field trials for new initiatives to improve mileage, establish proof of concept by working with the data team and execute complete rollout of modifications after successful proof of concept  3 Daily pilferage monitoring and taking action on identified cases, daily review with OPS team  4 Fuel sensor rectification by working in coordination with Trimble team, daily reviews with Trimble team  5 Manage a team of 8 executives / TLs and monitor daily working of fuel desk  6 Approvals against fillings - 99%  7 Fuel Additive addition - 99%  8 Monitor - Quality and Quantity- of all the filling partners by conducting a monthly test  9 Work with Tech Team to automate daily functioning of the fuel desk  Qualifications :  Education :  B.Tech in tier 2, tier 3 college  60% + marks in 10th, 12th and Graduation  Years of experience : 2-4 years (preferably in manufacturing / FMCG)  Professional attributes :  High proficiency in Excel  Good communication and influencing skills  Personal attributes :  High ownership and drive  Entrepreneurial and go-getter attitude  Ability to adapt to technology quickly  Team player
