Project Manager - Agile Methodology/Software Development Life Cycle - Supply Chain & Logistics Domain

- Manage Project and Project team, Deliver as per Scope, Quality, Schedule and Cost

- Handle project from Planning, execution, monitoring, reporting to closure

- Client communication, stakeholder expectation management,

- Project planning, execution, monitoring and control

- Plan for team's growth, Capacity Planning

- Process knowledge & compliance experiences

- Capture & Publish Project Matrics, Project Reporting, Contract creation & invoicing

- Team - Be a good Team player, willing to travel as and when needed, willing to work in shifts as per client need

- Communication - Be able to communicate with client in fluent English, understand -other party and is able to express themselves for complete communication. Advantage to have prior offshore client Communication skills. Would need to talk to client to get the requirements, resolve issues

- Customer focus - We always deliver on time and with good quality. the person should also have a zeal to serve Customer and feel proud about it.

- Energetic & Flexible - should have the energy to drive themself to perform and take ownership of work, without having to monitor them.

- Participate/lead in presales activities

- Participate/Lead in Org development initiatives.

Skills :

- IT Project management experience (Dev & Support), Knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics Domain preferred.

- Project Planning, Estimation, SDLC Methodologies & processes, Project management, Execution & Control. Good Communication skills.
