Requirement :

- This is for ADM pre-sales (not IMS, not BPO), people who have experience in dealing with opportunities on application development, application support, application testing.

- This person would have played the role of Bid Manager and/or Solution Design role.

- Experience on ADM estimation techniques - check on what all areas he has done estimation.

- Must have Project/Program Management Skills e.g. creating project plans, transition plans, engagement models, offshoring plans, outsourcing plans

- Travel, BFS, Insurance and Travel is preferable.
