Project Management Role - Risk Containment Unit

Risk Analytics, &Strategies :

- Champion and execute initiatives and projects for fraud containment by appropriate identification and capitalizing on new technologies.

- Implement product specific fraud containment strategies.

- Monitor fraud prediction models and automated rule engines to increase efficiencies.

- Design and execute digital solutions & projects for the unit, with the help of technology unit.

- Liaison across various functions of businesses (product/ risk/operations/ collections) to devise and refine extant guidelines.

Risk Processes Designing & Implementations :

- Build robust sampling strategies in projects to review and corroborate digitized documentation, records aiding effective fraud and suspicious transaction detection at acquisition.

- Responsible for drive detection of inconsistencies through Fraud Prevention alert system.

- Concurrent assessment of alerts to identify inconsistencies and confirm suspect frauds.Formulate and drive initiatives on effective compliance and governance on policy and processes

- Periodic reviews and presentations to Senior

- Management on key trends and RCAs.

Reporting & Vendor Management

- Ensuring continual diligent Project tracking to ensure proper submission of RCU requirements & timelines are met by IT & Vendor

- Ensuring end to end compliance of the unit on guidelines

- Publishing KPIs and performance scorecard for project vendors
