- Data quality management and process reliability - Produce a posteriori control reports, analyze the results, identify booking anomalies and ensure the follow-up of the necessary corrections with the operational teams under the expected conditions of time and reliability according to the procedures in force. - Contribute to the constitution of a set of global controls dedicated to the products and support the change with the teams of the network, - Be the tool referent with teams both in France and internationally, monitoring Cali tracks in coordination with IT teams, - Follow the internal re-invoicing of European entities, contribute to the overhaul of the process in TI Plus. - Quality monitoring, support for internal customers (other CACIB entities) - Process CACIB entities complaints and identify action plans if necessary, contribute to the resolution of technical incidents, adaptation of processes if necessary, - Produce monthly KPIs, internal or external reporting on request (other CACIB entities or Management))., - Declare the operational risks/complaints of the department and ensure follow-up with the various stakeholders (OPC Management, local Management, OPC platforms, ORM,, etc.) - You will also take charge or participate in transversal subjects/projects (digitalization/robotics solutions ...) and contribute to the various missions of the PCM team. - To ensure the good level of quality of the services provided by the operational teams - To provide support in the management of changes and transversal projects. - To provide support in the testing /set up of new operations systems - To facilitate the production of KPI/KIs & statistics and co-ordinate on error/incident reporting - To carry out some daily/monthly controls in the framework of the operational set up of the teams
