Project Management Market : Egypt Experience requirement : 10-12 Years relevant experience Project area : Project Management Language : English / Arabic is mandatory Details of job : Given below Job Description & Expertise/experience : Overview : - The role of the PMO is to coordinate the different workstreams of the Help Desk that we are setting up at Egypt. - He would be coordinating between both technical and business teams for coordination with the 5 largest banks in Egypt. - The areas covered include remittances, tokenization, card co-badging and others. Technical expertise is a plus. Responsibilities : - Develop project plans and project update cadences - Maintain a tracker - Establish success KPIs along different milestones - Liaise closely with the central bank task force and the program manager - Troubleshoot issues and raise red flags to circumvent delays and problems Knowledge & Experience : - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. - Advanced understanding of the banking and payment sector in Egypt - Ability to understand the different complex technical payment topics - Strong analytical skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Excellent time management, planning and organization skills - Excellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations INTERNAL
