Project Management/ HDFC/ Mumbai Roles and Responsibilities - Managing projects for Requirement gathering, Project plan review, Test cases review and documentation, post-implementation support. - Regular tracking and monitoring to ensure execution of each stage is as per the project plan - Coordinate with Vendor team to provide proper understanding of requirement and for Product deliverables. - Review functional specifications shared by Vendor and get sign-off from respective stakeholders - Analysis and resolution of user queries - Discussion with vendor on production issues - Training / Demo on system functionality - Coordination with Audit & ISG team for Audit / Compliance points and related signoffs Key Skills - Domain specific understanding / Functional knowledge + Basic knowledge of all the areas of the Business / Operations vertical. - Project management expertise - Team management and interpersonal skills - Vendor/Client Management.
