Domain : Retail Banking / Commercial Banking / Shared Services (Any of these)

Work Location : Bangalore

Experience : 5 -12 years (Overall)

Role & Responsibilities :

- Change delivery experience working with business

- End to end experience managing business transformation projects

- Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle

- Excellent understanding of Global Change Delivery Business Transformation Frameworks and best practice techniques.

- Thorough understanding of the purpose, value, culture and fundamentals of Global Change Delivery.

Retail Banking :

- Core banking experience or experience working on products like Systematics or Finacle or Flex cube or Intellect (on retail or commercial banking side) etc.,

- Wealth Management - Preferably on Forex

- Good mix of operational Exp + Project management experiences ( At least 2 years as Project management with SDLC knowledge (Agile or waterfall))

Commercial banking :

- Experience on Payments, Cash management, Liquidity management, Digital banking, e-Banking and Trade Finance experience.

- Good mix of operational Exp + Project management experiences ( At least 2 years as Project management with SDLC knowledge (Agile or waterfall))

- Strong understanding of banking and understanding of how change drives benefits for business, its customers and other stakeholders

- Knowledge working on PM tools like Clarity or MS project

- PMP certification / Prince2 - (Optional)

Shared Services :

- Retail or commercial banking domain only (No investment banking)

- Experience working on AML, KYC, Client Onboarding, any product related to AML like MANTAS or DETICA, Operational risk (MIS)

- Min 3 - 5 Yrs. experience working on business side

- Experience working on Collateral management

- Good mix of operational Exp + Project management experiences ( At least 2 years as Project management with SDLC knowledge (Agile or waterfall))

Stakeholder Management :

- Operations / Customer Services with a good flair of project management

- Business Re-Engineering / Transformation

Skills & Ability :

- Good inter personal and communication skills.

- Self-driven, proactive and process oriented

- Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
