Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and support core PMO processes (Control documents, Reporting, Managing Risks and Issues, Change Management, Planning and Dependency Management)
- Define project scope that aligns with business strategy, in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Build an effective project management plan to plan, monitor and control the project execution
- Identify Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAIDs), and ensure mitigation plans are setup to control them
- Apprise the Project Status / Findings of various projects and communicate to the IT leadership
- Play a proactive role in the promotion of project management methods and standards, implementation of good project management practice, and the monitoring of certain projects
- Ensure effective management of the project's stakeholders and communicates with all areas affected by the project
- Analyze and document project performance in terms of variance, trend, and earned value analysis, its impact, and how the data will support any performance improvement
- Record the learnings and experience through appropriate review meetings with stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters in Engineering/Computer Applications[preferred], with a minimum 6 years of Project Management experience and 10+ years of overall experience
- Experience with managing multiple IT Projects simultaneously on MES/INFRA/ERP/CRM
- Domain knowledge on Manufacturing / Retail /Supply Chain Management is preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies would be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience in BigData/Salesforce would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and best practices
- Advanced Excel Skills with Reporting & Analytical Abilities
- Proficient at using other MS Office Tools (Word, Project, PowerPoint and Visio)
- Proficiency at Project management Tools (MS Project, PPM Studio, JIRA, Clarity etc...)
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2 / SCRUM Master is desired
- Ability to assess and evaluate internal processes for improvement opportunities
- Excellent business writing skills, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
